These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okpo ("okpo", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okpo.club. Accounts confirmed to be held by persons under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds deposited by a minor will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Where closure is due to administrative reasons unrelated to a player's conduct, the available balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after standard verification checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpo shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of access to account funds, except where such losses arise directly from okpo's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
